Tip 3: Prepare healthy snacks to keep your energy and motivation levels up throughout the day. An ideal snack should be low in sugar, high in protein, and low in calories. Some examples includes fruit and nuts, cheese, yogurt and oatmeal.
Tip 4: Spend more time cooking at home. Eating out often can be unhealthy and expensive. Instead, cook at home and be mindful of the ingredients you’re using. Try experimenting with different spices or herbs to make meals interesting.
